IT’S OFFICIAL: Donald Trump officially the Republican nominee, reports AP
Although in reality Donald Trump has not had serious competition in the race for the Republican party nomination for a few weeks now, he still had to secure the needed 1236 delegates.
He achieved this today, more than a full month before the Republican national convention and is now officially the Republican nominee for presidency of the United States of America reports Associated Press based on released delegate count.
Let’s hope it is not a misdirection attempt by anyone to dissuade primary Trump voters from voting at the polls in the upcoming remaining states.
Now it’s up to the general election voters to decide who they want as a leader for the next four years.
